First, I have to thank NB members share your experience and Tips, is very helpful to new users.

I start with Small Breast System today. And I do the Pump and Release technique, now just finish 30min of my 1st session.

Below is my detail :-

Measurement day : 14/10/10
Over breast : 29"
Over nipples : 30"
Under breast : 26"
Age : 34

As with all good things, it will take time, and patience
to obtain the desired results.
It's hard to do when first starting out, but rember
to go slowly and not use to much pressure, so you don't
bruse to badly. The ring marks should fade within an hr or2
if they don't you are using to much pressure. The redness
on your breast should fade after 10 or15 minutes too.
Good luck with the system, Have fun with it.
