I bought the ainterol but haven't started yet.

The one in your link only include 180mg of pm extract

Personally im only going to take 500 MG a day. Pm is really strong,. Ill work my way up to twice a day if need be. Just be careful.

Can you explain how the period thing works? When am i suppose to start/stop taking the pm?

But im taking the 21 birth control pills, and before I saw from another brand's website says:

Stop the pm when u stop the birth control pills, start the pm when you start the control birth pills

Thanyaporn isn't pure PM! There is PM inside, but it is definitely mixed with other spices and herbs. The bottle says compound because it is a compound product mixed with other herbs.

Ainterol and Siriporn are pretty good!
