New idea on pumping

I was thinking...when you exercise your body you tighten, release, tighten, release. Maybe this would be a better way to exercise our boobs in the NB. I am going to try it this way because it makes more since then just keeping it pumped up the whole time. Any thoughts?

I have been going about 10 minutes holding and releasing to allow a 1-2 minute rest then pump and hold for another 10. I find this to be confortable and it seems to be working for me.

Hi vickiegeorge, liltalkie,

I think I'm doing the same thing you're doing, the pump-hold-release method. I do this for a minimum of 3 times for 10 mins so it will expand better. The most that I've done this is for 3 hrs a session. :)
