Everyone is different.
Most people experience their first swell 2-4 weeks in.
i experienced swelling my first time.
others still are waiting for swelling and may never swell however those in this scenario have still reported growth.
swelling is a possible side effect that is welcomed because it helps us visualize whats to come, however
it is not required for the growth itself

Hello, I thought I would post to let everyone know that slow and steady does work.
I have noogled for 2 and one half years
I have grown_several__ inches
I noogle for 1 to 2 hours_once____ a day
My bra size has grown from_barely a 40B__ to _a nice 42C_____
Things were slow to start, but now I even have some cleavage. And the right bra is very important, you must have some that fit your overall breast shape - for me the Lane Bryant Cacique lace plunge works the best. A comfortable bra that makes me look good.
Good luck to all, keep at it (by the way, I am 61 now, it is never too late to start).
