Im very pleased with the results i have achieved from the noogleberry extender.

I was 6" erect before i started using the device, and now im nearly 8"
Was recently told, i was hung like a black man, that was a great confidence boost.

My only concern is.. will it go back to 6" if i stop using it.
Im pretty sure it wont, im enjoying the best sex ever, i feel like a porn star

The extender also adds girth
My advice is to start with a pump, then move up to an extender.

Congrats on your results. Just curious, my husband was looking into this stuff at one time. You said to use a pump before the extender, does the pump add anything or only the extender? He doesn't need anything, I keep telling him that, but he says he wants to add some length. His girth is already too much for me and we been together about 2 years. But guess it's like him telling me my breasts are fine and I'm using a pump haha.

I recommend the extender to him if he needs length with a cautious routine of 1 or 2 hours on a day for 5-6 days a week.

Using the pump first i gained about half inch length and some girth.

The pump ceased to do much else after 6 months, so i used an extender and that worked better for length.
I since went back to using both, they work well together.
