Hi all!

I'm new to this so forgive me if this has been done to death I'm just looking for some clear answers :)

what if any permanent results did you receive with NB?

how long have you been off NB? how are your results holding up?

how long did did you used NB to achieve your did NB give you permanent results? how intensely did you use NB?

Hi Ruby127. I have acheived nearly 2 cup sizes. I plan to pump twice a day but life sometimes gets in the way. I always do 1 hour at night but only 1/2 hour in the mornings sometimes. I can be a bit irratic sometimes though. I wish you well. Sue
