Ring support for UK users?

Hi, I originally ordered the soft rings to which I got the reaction that is in the pics. I stopped using the cups for a few days until the bruising went. What do others use in the UK? I've seen some people use campers tape but cannot find this or something like it in the UK, I have been to car and to d.i.y stores. Suggestions would be welcome please. I ordered the Xl contour cups, but which I had ordered the Xl normal ones now

Sure looks like over pumping to me. I don't think it is a matter of which cup style. Are you lubing with lots of oil (like safflower oil in your salad oil section of your local food mart). Don't pump for more than 15 min before taking a break to massage for a few minutes. Let it heal before continuing. Be sure to do lots of massage and drink lots of water. Good luck

Thank you both for your reply. How does the hydro noodling work? Can't it be done with the normal pump?
