Should I be noogling more

For the brava to work it needs to be worn 10 hours a day for 70 days - 10 weeks for 10 hours which is 700 hours in all. If we noogle just an hour a day it would take us 700 days to get a cup size increase?

I have seen pictures of women here who have increased a cup size in much less than two years

What am I missing?

I think this is a trial and error sort of thing, everyone's body is different. Sometimes less is more in terms of breast pumping. You don't want to overpump, damage breast tissue and cause shrinkage. I've heard to start out slow and increase sessions over time. Also the 7:2 method has been quite successful, pump and release and hydro noogling used to be popular too. Hope this helps!
