It's funny I never noticed Aunt Flow until I started taking herbs and now I'm always waiting. I haven't tried the chicken feet thing yet.As most people know I have a simiiar family history and my own cystic breasts. My surgeon said there is really nothing you can do to prevent it from happening whether on herbs or not.
I was taking the evening primrose but it didn't shrink the cyst I had it seemed to take the swelling from my breasts. I think at least if you are constantly touching your breasts you are going to find something alot earlier then if you didn't. Keep us updated. I'm hoping this works for you.
