Soreness from cups pressing ribs

Hi! I am new to NB. Only been noogling for a couple days. I am getting some swelling after 1-2 hours of pumping. Before pumping I measure 32 1/2" across the middle of my breasts, after noogling I measure 33 3/4". Unfortunately it doesn't stick around, but it gives me hope that it will eventually. However I am having a problem. I am VERY sore under my boobs (where the domes press and where the underwire on my bra sits, ouch!) and around the top (again where the domes press). I thought maybe I'm using too much pressure but I pump till it's uncomfortable wait till it feels OK then pump again. I don't think I'm overdoing it, it's just that the plastic domes press so hard against my ribs. Has anyone else had this problem? I looked on the NB site for the soft rings to go around the cups, I really think they would help, but I didn't see anything about them on there. I would appreciate any advice. Has anyone found any home remedies to prevent this? I want to noogle SO bad, especially after seeing swelling today, but I just can't do it anymore. It hurts so bad! It feels bruised. Thanks for any advice!! Charity

Removed response. I need to research further. Sorry.

I'm in the process of ordering my NB system and it will come with the soft rings. You should be able to contact Lucy to obtain the foam rings.

It's an old thread, but read all the way through. :)

If you go on the Breast & Nipple Enlargement System forum, you will read about all the alternatives there are to cushioning the domes. Some use the foam rings, some cut up yoga mats and use that, some have bought foam and used it, some use blu tack and others use camping tape. There are many different methods. Good luck and hope you get it resolved!

Hi, charitywat88. As Anastasia said, there are many ways that people have padded the domes. Definitely check out the main board too (http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php/board,3.0.html).

I've used the foam rings, and, for me, I had a very hard time maintaining suction (constant pumping) and the foam itself actually hurt. Others have had great success using them. I have also tried poster tack (covered with plastic wrap) and camper mounting tape, both of which work well. Here are a few threads that should be of help...

Thanks everyone for the super quick responses! I had read quite a bit of the forum before and remembered seeing stuff about this but I couldn't remember where and I haven't been on here in a while so I was having I bit of difficulty navigating. If you're new here this site is not the easiest to maneuver. :) Anywayz the links helped SO much! Thanks morninghello! I think I'll try the camper mounting tape. It sounds the easiest and most cost efficient. Cutting a yoga mat just right sounds like it would be a pain. I hope this works, because I have all day to pump, I'm a stay at home mom of an 18 month old (and he doesn't have a clue, he just thinks the cups and cords are funny and tries to play with them and pull them off from me. LOL) so I have plenty time, I just can't bear the pain anymore. I thinks what made it so painful was that even after being sore I did like a 2 hour session, and it made it unbearable! I'm so excited though I want to pump 24/7! LOL ;D Well thanks again everyone! Charity

I have to ask, where am I supposed to be putting lotion or oil once I get my system? I haven't decided whether to order the soft rings or do the yoga mat trick. What is the best way to order? Thanks All.

You put oil or lotuion, which ever works best for you all over your boobs and chest area. It helps with the suction and also helps your skin not to get damaged while youa re pumping.
I think you should try the system first maybe without the padding just to see how you feel about it. I guess, depending on where you live. You see here in teh UK shippign is very quick but, I guess if you are abroad then you wouldn't want to wait for the padding when you really need it.
Order through the main website. it is secure and Lucy is very quick and efficient.
