Do you really use fake tan TT? im mixed too & i use it sometimes,either that or bronzing cream. Some of my friends who are mixed race thinks it hilarious but im so light skinned,im almost white i love the bronze look

he he yeah i use it, being mixed race can sum times give you that ashy look or a muddy brown so i like to look bronze, i think it make such a big difference,
when im not wearing fake tan my hubby thinks im ill lol... he asks if im taking my medication>
i love the stuff, plus the fake tan makes yr boobs butt, and everything else look even better.

i only use simple stuff nothing expensive, usually avon tan cream, or something from home bargains, ive got a palmer and cutler 1 thats quite good, i wanna try fake bake ha ha that stuff makes white girls really dark so lord knows what it will do to me,

Actually the feeling I have is more like "burning" stomach not really empty. I feel like takin some epson salts to get over it.
Is not that bad and doesn't last much. But I am quite surprise to feel this way. Still taking only 1 pill at day. I don't want to rush with this.

ok i took the plunge...
i figured i use to take around 400mgs two times a day with my st herb so i popped 4 of these pink bottle pills yesterday and ive just taken 5 a moment ago, id usualy feel sorness within 5 days so we will see what happens the most ive taken with these has been 2 twice a day and i was under the impresion that i was taking 600 twice a day, and was wondering y nothing was happening so the fact that they r only 100mgs explains alot so if my normal pains return i will know where i stand with this stuff,
i dont care if its swelling i just want it back so i can build on it with my nb and hopefully get quicker growth and the extreame firmness i used to have with it, ill ust have to ban nipple touching for a while lol,

if i do get swelling then ill probably just buy a bottle of these pills now and again, instead of buying 1 bottle of stherb, cause this stuff is so cheap and u get so many pills its a bargain, stherb u get 60 pils in a bottle and they only last a month

I'm taking 3 a day & im getting "tingling sensations" already,i felt them last nite & the day before...is this a sign that its working??

ok i take 400mgs in the morn and 400 at night and my boobs hurt already YEEEEEAHHHYYYY...
this is great, i must hav ethe right doesage again now... ill see what happens in a week or so

I got tingles straight away when I ramped up to 3 capsules Keeleyket and got an inch growth in a couple of weeks. Haven't had any growth since though so trying 4 a day now since I found out they are only 100mg PM a capsule. Hope you get some more growth with the 3 capsules.

ya true,, a lower dose to start is always wise, but i would like to know what the other 200mgs is in the pill.
id have to take 8 pills a day to get the amount i used to get in my other pills, so i dont mind that but i would be taking 1600mgs of the other herbs contained in the pill and i could do myself damage since i have no idea what they r

hell im just gonna get rid and start again....

ive got about 50 pills left if any1 in the uk wants them, ill pour them out of the tub and put them in a bubble bag and send them 2 u, x

TT.. Rather than chucking away those pills.. why don't you mix them with some oil or cream and rub them on the breasts during massages.. I tried that several times.. Beats buying PM creams.. and costs less.. It does seem to work as I do get some growing pains including the nipple area.. which is quite uncomfortable.. But the smell is quite strong.. Its not the PM as PM smells quite mild.. I think its the other herbs in the pill.. It smells familiar but I can't put my finger on it..

Nadir.. I've been taking the Thanyaporn pills for 5 months now.. so far it hasn't caused me any stomach pains.. I take them before breakfast.. I started with 1 a day, then up to 2 a day (morning night), 4 a day (morning night).. i figure as long as it doesn't mess with my periods then its ok..

I was thinking of trying the Aiterol ones.. Maybe when the pink ones run out.. If I do try them I'll update you guys..

Today it happened again. I dunno how to explain the feeling but feels like when I take the pill with water doesn't go all the way through my stomach and gets stocked at the end on my esophagus somehow. Then the discomfort begins... and lasts... is like a heavy digestion.
Doesn't happen all the time, but every time it happens I stop taking them. It is not a matter of an empty stomach or my stomach being sensitive, it is not. If
This is so frustrating! Doesn't seem to happen to anyone else but me.
Well, I guess I will give it one more try and if I am still having this discomfort will have to surrender to the fact that PM is not for me...

Hey Nadir,
i didn't really read this whole post cuz i don't take PM but i just read your last message on what is happening when you take it. does the PM come in capsule form? if so, it sounds like the gelatin cap is getting stuck in your esophagus and not getting all the way to your stomach.then it kind of burns in your chest area, right? i've had this happen when taking herbs and such. drink PLENTY of water with the PM pill and you should be good. also you could try eating a bit of food & drinking water so the pill gets pushed down into the stomach. hope this helps!

I've read on many sites they suggest to take PM with milk ??? as this is supposed to help. I am gonna go for it next time and see what happens.

yeah i remember on my old mirifem formula bottles and the stherb bottles it said about taking plenty of calcium rich food/drink to help the pm work better...
