i noticed if i have cups on (pump and hold) and i eat meanwhile, i get better swelling.

i thought that it can be cause breasts are fat and most goes to breasts at that moment because breasts are "more available"? i have never noticed it before but lately i eat often when i noogle because of the time.

Maybe it just became a habit. I wouldn't say they go to your breast. Great question though.

After I pump I take a quick walk or a steaming hot shower. I suppose it create more blood circulation which make my breast feel fuller.

it wasnt really a habit, i didnt always do it. just when i have little time lol and i do get better swelling then.
