I'm using the medium cups and have been judging my swelling based on where my boob meets the side of the cup- between 1 and 1 1/4". My post swelling measurements are 33 1/2" so I'm not quite the right size to jump up to the larges. But my nipples are getting past 2 1/2" and dangerously close to the tube opening while I'm pumping and I cracked one of the cups the other night without using a whole lot of pressure. So what constitutes filling up a cup? Should I be ordering the larges?

If you're close to the tube and the opening, get larger domes. Getting your boob sucked into that hole HURTS. Besides, go check out...who is it, lotusflower I believe? Look at her results after switching from the larges (which squished her boobs) to XL's (which seemed huge). Her swelling was PHENOMINAL.

HI!!!! YES I agree do order the next size up!!
I Made that mistake once, I Had A blister on my
nipple for about A week. NOT cool! & it hurt for a
few weeks after that. As for the cracking, Talk to
Lucy about the problem, as I had one crack while in
use. The skin got stuck in between the 2 pieces.
Hopefully they will come in the mail before to long.
