chronus was just checkin out your pics and first off girl there is absolutely nothin wrong with your breast shape. Your boobs look great and you are already responding so well to the noogle. Your swell pic is amazing Just keep at it, one day you won't even believe that start pic was you I don't know if noogling can change shape but I know it has helped mine look rounder and got rid of that ugly slope I had, ugh! I really really really hated to see my boobs before. I never wanted to wear anything low cut or showing cleavage. Now I'm starting to like what they look like. Don't give up and I wouldn't want you to go for surgery when there is a natural alternative that works.

Chronus, when you go to noogle for extended periods of time, like you did for 5 hours, do it at a lower pressure, don't do it at the same pressure you would do a regular session for. For example when I do a 30 min or hour session I go to the pressure where it's really tight and right before it becomes painful, like if I pumped a few more times they would hurt too much. But when I do a longer session 2 hours or more, I release some pressure and go at a lower pressure the entire time. Hope I'm making sense. Just take it easy until your breasts go back to normal.

Now listen here: Don't hate your breast shape, they're lovely - and don't even THINK about mangling your body with surgery, girl!!

We've all got to be a hell of a lot more forgiving of the way we look - when we're 75 we're all going to look back and go "geez I was hot when I was young, and I didn't even appreciate what I had..."

And besides that, your breasts are actually, genuinely nice! Yes, I can see they're small, and yes, I can see they're spaced out, but they're adorable! Beauty comes in a number of shapes and sizes, and thank GOD life's not just a big-tit-barbie-doll-cleavage-fest, or I would go insane!

I don't even know why you'd hate them? Perhaps some guy has made a stupid comment, or you've been sucked in by the media and what it tells us breasts should be like, but trust me, as someone who's lived in Japan and gone to naked public traditional baths with hundreds of women (so I've seen a LOT of real women's normal, natural boobs), yours are great!

I know I'm on this site too, trying to get bigger boobs like everyone else (and yes, I certainly do have my bad self-esteem moments), but I really wanted to tell you that you're fine the way you are, and you should leave the negative boob-thoughts behind, and give your girls some kind words every now and then - they'll thank you for it (and probably grow faster, too...)

Thanks sooo much for your kinds words...your so sweet! i have a very sweet bf who always tells me that he loves me the way i am and never ignores my "girls" lol...its just the media you know...plus this whole topic of porn...my bf watches it at times and it gets me down cuz many of those girls are much more rounded in shape...he knows how i feel about porn although im not a total opposer of it...butttt i do think my boobies are getting a bit rounder (yay) havent noogled in a lil as i was away for the holiday, but i will be right back on track asap...btw blue i want your shape lol, seriously thanks for ur beautiful words and optimism....surgery is just a thought i highly doubt id go to it plus my bf perfers small real tits than fake ones any days or so he says!

ive been on and off NB, but for the past few days ive been noogling like 2 hours each day at once

heres an update of pics...i do feel like im rounding out a little bit more...left boob is definitelly rounder than my right...but cant do anything about it...sometimes i feel like i cant grow as much because i dont have much skin for the boob to stretch...i hope im wrong.

I started pumping about 2 yrs ago until i outgrew the cup and couldnt find where i bought it online to get a bigger one. So glad i found this site so i can get bigger cups. Problem is im in USA & have no idea what the inch to cm conversion is. can anyone help with that so i get the correct size cup.
Since then ive been taking saw palmetto fenugreek fennel & red clover & doing breast massage and ive gotten some good growth. i want to start pumping again now too. Ive included my current photo after 1 1/2 year of Herbs & massage. Hopefully this pump will put them over the top.
Oh by the way, im a guy & had flat guy chest 1 1/2 yrs ago when i started

hey guys!! i havent noogled religiously for these past weeks...but managed to noogle for an hour today. However, my bf has said that my boobs feel plumper!! yayayay! thanks for askin aim4c! how is it going with you?? hope everything goes as you plan and same with all you lovely girls!!!

heres a pic after like 4 hrs of noogling for an hour....i have this horrid looking scar on my left boob...its on the upper part of my areola..it doesnt look too bad on the pic it just look like a dark line but it looks horrible live!!!! yikes! i did that by accidentally scratching myself guess i should give mederma a try unless you ladies know of any better scar remover

hey nik, thanks for noticing! ive been noogling on and off for about 3 months but mostly on! i believe i had my first major "spurt" when i had noogled for about 5 or possibly more hours!! thats when i had to break an all nighter to study for finals :-X

this pic shows my breast to be rounder and nicer than they actually are...my breast are not that round...it prob seems so from the dent the cups made...i will post another pic up soon..but noogling has definitely made a difference in my breast and i hope it will for you as well!!!
