So another month rolled on, time for little update Guess it's not much difference from last month, since i had a break for 2 weeks, but I feel I made some progress when looking back at my first picture ,Looking at them babies every day makes me think nothing is happening and makes me all frustrated, so i agree it's good to keep record for our own sanity

Oh but there is TOTALLY a difference!! Seriously, compare your starting pic with your most recent one. They have been lifted, there is way more underboob and they are generally perkier. Put the two pictures side by side and you'll see it Nikki, you have some brilliant progress there and this only after a few months???

Yes Matt, I pump and pump and massage almost religiously my tatas are always covers in oil and my huby find it annoying to the point he asked me " I can't even play with them nowadays, so who u growing them for?" and looked bit surprised when I said " for me"

Hi wntbbgr! Yes, sometimes I do get awsome swelling and sometimes I don't swell at all it is all down to those blooming hormones I'm currently using contoured larges. started first month with large but filled them up quickly. The CL ones have plenty of space for me to grow, yet waiting for boobie fairy visit. Thought she was kind to me last month but my AF took away most of it, grrrr not giving up yet, but only because I keep reading success stories who knows, one day may be my turn

Hi Ladies,
I got back to lurking on this site, but i'm still with you on noogling It's been 6 months, and although results are not jaw dropping, i say any gain is better than no gain and as i said at the begging i intend to give it a year to see how it works for me.
I'm noogling 2 x 1h daily with soft rings as I have noticed after a month of nb without rings that im not getting much swelling. Not taking any supplements, apart from progesterone creme which seems to help tremendously with my pms.
First pic is from february before starting and second is after 6 months of pumping

Hi Nikki,swelling or not,they look good.I think I would use the cls and do pump and hold until they are really full.If you are filling the cl's thats a lot of boobage in those cups just think what you'll have with the XLs in a few months.!! ;D

hi nikki i think you have nice breasts, before nb as well. I dont know why you think they are so droopy- i notice alot of women over estimate how much they are actually sagging. I think we are all too used to seeing implants! most women sag a bit, even without having kids its pretty normal, and it doesnt make breast that much less attractive alot of the time, unless we get in that perfectionist mode and get into that over critical way of seeing. I've been doing my video program (just got the Accelerated program last week) for 6 months now, as well as doing my nightly breast massage. In late July, I began to add liquid fenugreek to my massage lotion and twice a week on Friday/Saturday nights after I massage, I put plastic wrap over my breasts and put the heating pad on for 30 minutes to an hour.
