How did you take the PM? If you take PM every day of your entire cycle, your period definitely will disappear because PM is strong enough to extend your follicular phase.

PM definitely has the strongest chance of legitimate breast growth along with the Noogleberry which is why I'm focusing on it.

If you ever choose to do PM, first do a liver cleanse for a week. You can cycle PM by taking it in your follicular phase and STOPPING 2-3 days before you ovulate so the estrogen drop can signal your body to ovulate. That way, you'll get growth without making your menstruation pull a Houdini. ;D

thats complicated! haha. did your period also stop for a month? how do you do liver cleanse? so basicly you take for like 25 days PM then 2-3 days before period you stop an then when your period kicks in you start again? is that normal?

I took PM for about two month and I got FREAKED OUT that my period was gone and I havent seen that many women had the same effect?

Oh no, my period has been coming on like clockwork. I'm also on birth control pills so that helps keep my menstruation on schedule. Women who don't use BC and cycle PM do report some changes like periods coming a bit later or earlier after a couple of months on PM, but certainly no abracadabra periods! XD

The average cycle is 28 days and has three phases. Your cycle ends and begins on the first day you menstruate: that is day 1. That is when the follicular phase begins. You can start taking a LOW DOSE of PM when menstruating, though keep in mind there's a chance you may experience nausea and cramping if you do that while menstruating. I was a part of the unlucky few to experience that and it was not fun. It was smooth sailing after I finished menses, though.

The days until you ovulate- when an egg releases into the uterus, is the follicular phase. This is usually about two weeks but everyone is different. I'm just speaking generally. Anyway, you stop taking PM two or three days before ovulation so the drop in estrogen can signal the body to commence ovulation. This is where you went wrong. You were basically telling your body "HIGH ESTROGEN, DON'T OVULATE!" by taking it without stopping and that delayed everything.

When you ovulate, it's only for about 12 to 48 hours since the egg dissolves quickly and gets absorbed into your body.

Right when the egg is gone, the luteal phase begins. Do not take PM in the luteal phase. Some women will take WEAK and low doses of phytoestrogenic herbs just to make sure the progress doesn't go away, but since I'm on the pill, I realize I don't need this. The luteal phase is usually 14 days, but once again, everyone is different. ^^ The luteal phase ends once you begin menstruating and that's when the whole cycle ends, follicular phase starts, and when you can take PM ( low dose while menstruating OR you can wait until you finish menstruation.)

You take PM in the follicular phase because that's when estrogen naturally rises. You stop before ovulation to prevent it being delayed. You leave the luteal phase alone or take low/weak phytoestrogens during because progesterone naturally rises in the luteal phase.

Basically by cycling PM, you can get growth while respecting your body's natural rhythms! =D

The hardest part of all of this is determining WHEN you ovulate. You can predict ovulation by using the basal body temperature charting method and looking for a pattern or buy ovulation tests. That's the easiest way, but can add up in expenses.

i usually always have 28 days and i have an app that shows when i ovulate lol!

Very informative information, but also a bit confusing :D So i should not take around days 14-15, low doses during 1-7 (period) and not to take on 27-28? Sorry that i didnt fully understand (a)

Im really happy it worked for u and as i decided to get implants in two years, i might try it out soon again... but i will just buy one bottle to see if it works with the period and everything. you havent had any side effects?

Sorry, I figured I might have made it confusing! ^^; I too use an app to track my periods and predict ovulation and it makes everything soooo much easier!

Anyway, check out this map: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/2a/MenstrualCycle2_en.svg/850px-MenstrualCycle2_en.svg.png

As shown, you have the follicular phase (Day 1 to 13), ovulation (Day 14), and the luteal phase (Day 15 to 28.)
Notice how estrogen naturally rises in the follicular phase and slightly drops right before ovulation. After ovulation, the estrogen levels continue to fall and the progesterone levels rise in the luteal phase.

This is what we're trying to imitate when it comes to cycling PM. You take PM only in the follicular phase since estrogen naturally rises in that phase. In this chart, the day of ovulation is day 14 so ideally, PM would stop being taken around day 11 or 12. Still though, remember, everyone's body is different so don't follow this example chart strictly. It's just a general example chart. :D Your day of ovulation may come on a different day.
Even though I use an app, I don't depend too much on its predictions of ovulation because PM can alter your cycle a bit. So I depend on basal body temperature charting and studying my vaginal/cervical fluids. You'll know you're ovulating or near ovulation when your fluids turn from creamy to stringy and sticky like egg whites.

Also I actually use two brands of PM to make them last longer. I take one Thanyaporn pill a day when I'm menstruating since it's 300mg and is also a compound so other herbs are mixed in, and then switch to Ainterol and do their regular dosage when my period ends.

My side effect was not fun. -.- There is a chance if you take PM while menstruating, you may get nausea and stomach cramps. Some women experience that and I was one of the unlucky few. T__T Bleeeeech!! Although I did read a post saying that these went away after the second cycle because this member's body was now more used to the PM. I can't personally confirm this yet, but if I do my low dosage while menstruating and still get yucky cramps and nausea, then I'm going to start PM near the end of my period or simply wait until it finishes. If my body stays cool, then we're good. 8)

You can do simple methods like taking milk thistle or dandelion for 7 days.

Because the liver is a synthesizer of hormones and PM is so strong, there's a chance you can grow to be estrogen dominant after some months. Doing a cleanse every three months is to prevent and or alleviate estrogen dominance.

Gotta keep those hormones in balance. :D

Thanks, I would love to try it, but I don't think I can take milk thistle because of this damn seizure medication I'm taking. I found an article where it could speed up how my body metabolizes the lamotrigine. I haven't had a seizure since Jan 2011, but because I've had a benign brain tumor removed 5 years ago, I'm at greater risk for having them. I would love to try BO or PM, but I know that's out of the question because of this medication. I guess I'm forced to stick to external methods only, like massage, Brava or NB and my breast enlargement video. :'( I probably shouldn't even be using the Greenbush enhancement blend liquid in my massage oil, but I use just a few drops, so I don't think it could hurt. I also bought Bustea, but now I want to ask my dr first if it would be safe for me to drink this tea. I drink other herbal teas-green, peppermint, chamomile, blueberry, so I don't know. Thanks for the info!

I love this explanation! I take PM (not right now, have to buy some) so I know this, but after a few months of reading on forums etc. (my English is also not the best, so that doesn't help :p And I want to know for sure what I'm doing before I pop on some pills) But this and the other post are so understandable! Now i know for sure I take PM the good way :p

I am so sad my breasts depress me, please i was wondeirng what do u think i should do next?
Don't give up! Youre breast are so full especially with the swelling. The sad thing with the Noogleberry is that you have to be patient, it's not plastic surgery. But just keep on going with the Noogleberry. If you keep on going than maybe you walk over a year with bigger boobies. And if you don't, then you tried it! It doesnt hurt you (if you do it right) so why not!!!! ;)
And youre breast look like they respond well! So don't bee depressed. I'm jealous on youre round and fullnes!! :)

Hi Chris! Thanks but I wont NB anymore.. I have done it for 1.5 years and i did not have any growth whatsoever (if anything they seem smaller lol) and all i have had is only bad stuff from NB so I really dont want to do it :(

Aww ): that's a long time.. Why do you think you had only bad stuff from NB? :(
And I don't think they are smaller haha, I think you are used to the swelling! I have the same thing ;) When the swelling is gone I miss my big boobies and really think they are smaller, but they aren't haha

Hey T, I don't know how long it's been since you've noogled or what if any supplements you are taking, but considering what you have put the girls through,I would give them a rest for 2-3 months.
I stick to what I said on a previous page of your thread. That pic of you in your pink panties showing the girls is beautiful.Their shape and proportion is to die for,and if they won't grow anymore leave them alone. You are more than boobs.

TTYS,Matt ;)

thanks everyone. i decided to do the hormone test though, and if everything fine, then i will go on PM. I want to have 34DD, like scarlett johansson, but i feel like its shooting too far, so at start i am shooting for just 32D

I wasted 1,5 year on stuff i realized i never wanted.
I llove my body the way it is, at some point i had rough times with it because of insignificant matters in my life but truth is i accpeted my body the way it is an i realized my breasts never grew because i never truly wanted and always deep inside hoped they wont. More and more lately i love my breasts. Small breasts are beautiful. I "finalized" my opinion about not growing breasts about 2 days ago when I was already realizing that I love my body, but then I also saw a tv show, called the war of sexes. There was a segment where there was said that actually flat breasted women have 70% higher chance of getting married (an usually do). On unconscious level men prefer small breasts as they do know that breasts is fat an it is bad for breastfeeding and also that eventually that fat wont be just in breasts (obviously men dont think like that when they see a woman, but it is on unconscious level and on uncosncious level men choose the best mate). Sure big breasts is good maybe for 1 night but thats it. Also a year ago, when I started only being into all of this growing breasts naturally, i posted question on yahoo answers how to get bigger breasts etc and one of the answerers was an old lady who said that i should embrace myself the way i am as small breasts are better, they will not sag and will always look great whereas the bigger the breasts the greater the sagginess.

anyway back to my original point. small breasts are beautiful. and so are mine :D :D haha

YAY Tatiana!! I'm glad you finally decided what to do.You went through a lot in the last 1.5 years, and you still hung in there in spite of the lack of results. But hon, you didn't need any!! I will still say that the picture of you and the girls in your pink panties was beautiful. And I'm sure who ever you have or end up with as a boyfriend or husband will be very happy with your assets. If they aren't tell them to hit the road.

Stick around for future nooglers T ,you are a great inspiration. Luv ya- Matt ;)
