Really interesting to read about your plateau - I pretty much had the same thing (or maybe it just gets harder to see progress the bigger you get?!), hence my foray into BO, which is really helping speed up progress. Patience really is key for us skinny ones - but like you say - you never go backwards! Very rainy here - good weather for staying inside and noogling!

We've been having a heat-wave. 38 - 40+ degrees C for far too many days in a row.
Not the best weather for Noogling. On the plus side though, I just bought some avocado oil and it does seem to be fading my Noogle-circles.
Off to see AC/DC tomorrow night. Can't wait to see the girls in my tight old band t-shirt and push-up bra! Never looked so good, I bet.
