Minnie,

I haven't been here for what seems an age! Last time it was 2016. Is it too late to wish you a Happy New Year?
I hope you had a good Xmas, despite the ill health & gastric bug. Funnily enough, hubby & I had some sort of stomach thing too. I've had digestive issues ever since ( Ah, IBS my old faithful friend :(), and whaddaya know, my Candida decided to put in an appearance too. Yep, it's back!!! I'm hoping it was all the crap I ate over Xmas. I've cut out as much bread & dairy as possible. That seems to have helped a little but it never really eradicates it. Anyway, I hope you're feeling better these days :). I'm on a bit of a half-arsed health kick, atm. I know, it's a January cliche, but hubby's doing it, so I thought I'd join him. I just wish I didn't feel so knackered. I really hate this time of year. It's so hard to get the motivation to do a
nything. Which brings me nicely on to my noogling odyssey...

I stopped using the collagen completely as well. It was way too hard on my stomach. It's so strange (but not that surprising!) that you had such a similar experience with it. It was like walking round with a brick in your stomach! I might tentatively try again, but this time I think I'll try every few days. But, not until my digestive problems have resolved. No point pouring more fuel onto the fire!
I've been faithfully massaging my boobs every day, and all in all, I haven't noticed any great difference. Which is disappointing. I'm like a bloody goldfish going round & round in my bowl. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over again & expecting different results" - Einstein. Can't argue with that!
So, this is the year I'm just going to try anything. I have a tub of MSM in my cupboard, so that's getting used up. I bought some more coconut oil & I'm going to most probably gag my way through that. I don't know what else I can do. Where is that vibrating e-bra when you need it?????
I have seen a real improvement in the shape of my boobs though. It's starting to become more noticeable. Pity it's happening at such an achingly slow speed. I honestly can't see how I'll ever catch up. It would take years of pumping to achieve what would be considered 'small' boobs for me.

Anyway, how are you getting on? Are you still pumping? Are you still eating intuitively? I love the sound of that. I think the body literally tells us what it needs sometimes. So, it's important to listen to it. Unfortunately, mine keeps telling me to eat choccie biccies ;D. We're trying to cut down on our carbs at the moment. I'm finding it quite difficult. I didn't realise how much I relied on it in my diet. I'm so with you regarding roast potatoes! Pure heaven! Cooked in the meat juices. Yessss!!! Potato porn or what?

Happy New Year Noogle sis!! Here's to an exceptional one. It must be, as I face the big Four O, going to make the most of my last months still in my 30's :p
I'm very sorry to hear about both digestive issues and IBS, and of course, Candida - the gift that keeps on giving! So hard to get rid of, but yes, it could very well be that a bit of over-indulgence over xmas helped it flare up, and now that your on your semi-health kick, it might get reined in again, fingers crossed.

My collagen tub went in the bin, but guess what I picked up over the weekend....drum roll.....MSM!!! So funny, I am sure we were conjoined twins in a previous life :D
I took it before and feel optimistic about taking it again, main thing is to ramp it up slowly which I am dong, and taking it with vit C for better absorption. I'm telling you PH, this will work, and we'll get lovely strong nails and flowing locks with it too!!

I'm still noogling (of course, as if I'll ever come to my senses) and even though I see no results, I've decided that I'm OK with fitting the definition of insanity:D
Ultimately, if I give up, I definitely won't grow. So I'm holding out for the magic e-bra, and noogling in the meantime!

Yes, still intuitively eating and guess what, I haven't eaten *any* sugar for almost two weeks. Body just doesn't crave it. Still eating lots of fruit and root veg, meat too, and potatoes of course (roasted in duck fat...oh man......!!!)
Weight wise it might not be the best idea; I have not lost any weight at all, but you know, for me now it s more about having energy and being fit and healthy. Think about it, both the Chinese and Japanese diets are high in carbs - rice, noodles, dumplings...And yet, there doesn't seem to be a big problem weight-wise?

I am delighted to hear you've seen an improvement in the shape PH, that is a small victory in itself. I know though, that of course that is not enough, and trust me, I feel your pain. Since the weight isn't shifting here, I am painfully aware of what a pear I am, and if my boobs were bigger, I think I could be really happy with my body, because I'd be curvy and proportional. Now, I sometimes think it's just freaky how it looks like two different bodies, dived by the waist :(
Anyways. What's a post without a moan eh?

Well, the candida seems to have calmed down since I've cut out all bread and cut down on sugar. I'm full of admiration that you've not had any sugar for two weeks! My body is just craving carbs and sugar atm. I blame the cold weather. Biscuits are my downfall unfortunately, but I'm rationing them to two a day now. I've looked into some no-sugar recipes books, but they all seem to rely heavily on using agave syrup or honey instead. Erm, nope. It's still in essence - SUGAR!! Arghh!!! I've taken to eating homemade fruit lollies in the evening to curb the craving. I don't really consider myself as having a sweet tooth either.

That's so strange about the MSM! Have you started taking it yet? I'm only taking a small amount & will increase slowly too. I know it can cause a ah-hem 'cleansing' effect ;D. I don't really have trouble growing my hair (down to my bum!), only my boobs it seems . Wouldn't mind stronger nails though.

I've gone into full-on 'desperation mode' again about my boobs. I've been doing my usual researching & scouring the depths for any grain of hope. I came across a BN user called Nastasia, who has had really good results from using both NB and Chinese therapy cups. It's worth checking out her progress pics on there. Really impressive. So, naturally & predictably, a few clicks later, I bought a set. I'm slightly concerned about cupping near the heart, but I'm going to tread carefully. I'm going to try to use them to 'shape' my boobs like she has. I've only done it once so far & the day after my boobs were sore. Not in a bad way, more like a "What the hell just happened to us??" way! I'm going to alternate between one day cupping & next day noogling. I know I'm probably chasing rainbows, but it'll tide me over until the magic e-bra appears!

I'm in luteal phase & this is when I really notice the change in my boob shape. I still look flat but there's more of an curvier outline at the sides now. Shame it's all happening at such a criminally slow rate, but it IS working!!! The downside is, as you know, that this is the 6th YEAR I've been at it. I don't have another spare 6 years. What are we gonna do, Minnie?? We need to kickstart these boobs somehow!!

Very happy to hear that the candida has calmed down. Amazing how the body craves that which really isn't good for it at all. The cold weather certainly doesn't help and I think It's normal to crave fast carbs in order for the body to warm itself up and stuff. I hope to keep off it as much and as long as possible, I've had a few little slips, but they were only small and hopefully they won't be too regular!!

I've started with the MSM indeed and so far, no bad side effects. I took about 1/8 of a teaspoon for almost 2 weeks and now I'm up to 1/4. For there to be results, I probably need to go up to 1/2 tsp (3000 mg), but am taking it slowly as my system seems pretty sensitive to overloads. Yeah my hair grows fast too, but the last 6 months I thin my nails aren't as strong as they used to be, so I am hoping that will improve. And, the boobs obviously. Sigh.

So, had a look at Nastasia's program page and
Gimme, pleeeeeease????
That is some excellent progress, and her boobs are just fab. So please PH, please can you link to the cups you ordered? How are they different from the other cups we have, the anti-cellulite ones? Oh god, I HAVE to try this. Yup, desperation mode here too. Actually, I started looking into isosensuals as I kept seeing it mentioned, it being hormone-free and all, and supposedly adding the fat to the area...Then I looked at the ingredients and the main ones are macadamia nut oil and nutmeg, so I ordered a bottle of each and intend to make my own potion once they've both arrived..I shall keep you posted.

Luteal here too, and yes, also a noticeable difference in shape. Same here, 6th year, I should probably change my name to Minnie40. Ugh. I wish I had even the faintest idea PH, if someone had told me I'd be doing NBE for this long I would have laughed at them. But you know, one of these days, it might just happen. We've no other choice but to keep going, if we stop they definitely won't grow :D

Minnie, here's the link you asked for :).

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tinksky-Kangzhu-Biomagnetic-Chinese-Cupping/dp/B00O0ROLUY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1453673242&sr=8-2&keywords=kangzhu+12-cup+biomagnetic+chinese+cupping+therapy+set

They're different to the anti-cellulite ones, as they're rigid, like mini noogleberry cups. You also get a pump with them, so you can adjust the pressure a lot better than the anti-cellulite ones. The differing cup sizes have a lot more flexibility for targeting the areas we want to use them for. I've been using the smaller cups for my underboob, sides & building the cleavage area. For my very flat upper boob area, I use the larger cup sizes. I oil up first, then apply the cups to a comfy pressure, then leave them in the same spot for 5 mins or so, then move the cup position to another boob area. Slowly working my way around the boobs. I have no idea if it's going to work, but the cupping set is pretty cheap & I can't get over that girl's pics! It's got to be worth a shot.
My boobs are still smaller than her starting pic, but a similar shape. It's nice to see what they could potentially look like in her current pic. I'd be over the moon! I can't believe the fullness she's achieved.

Btw, the Chinese cups have very basic instructions in English, but they're not too hard to work out. Although, initially, there's a knack to putting them on. Once you've learnt the technique, they're straight forward.

I've not heard of Isosensuals. You know what I'll be looking into next ;D. I think there was a thread over on BN about the possible boob-growing powers of nutmeg oil. I remember reading it, with a little lightbulb going off over my head. Ding!! That's a great idea to make your own lotion. I wonder what it will end up smelling like with the macadamia oil? Squirrels might start running after you! Sorry, it's late & I'm an idiot ;D

PH, thank you so much for the link. I was looking at them last night and had put them in my basket, so after reading your post all I had to do was to proceed to checkout. I bet there is knack to putting them on, but it can't be worse than hydro noogling?? :D
You know, that girl could very well be a genius - it never even struck me to stretch tissue in a more localised way. I'd have similar shape to her as well, and I'm telling you that if I could get anywhere near where she is now......Oh boy!
I wonder how long she leaves them on? I read she puts two on the underboob and another on the side of the other breast and then changes, and then noogles. I guess it's a trial and error. Cups should be here by Thurs the latest according to amazon, but in the meantime I think I might use the Chinese ones, tried it yesterday for a bit and it kinda works in terms of getting the underboob tissue in, but it would be much better to have a pump as it is easy to squeeze in a bit too much boob into the cup, it being soft and all. Ouch.

I read a lot of testimonies on amazon for the Isosensual, both butt and boob cream and lots of people were claiming it had given them great results, but apparently it has to be used for at least 6 months for maximum results. Sooo at around 40 dollars per bottle (I think) I was wondering to myself whether I could really justify that. After reading the ingredient list though I figured it had to be down to the macadamia and nutmeg, and tow bottles came to less than 7 qud, and figure they'll last me several months so am feeling proper frugal now :D
Yeah I better be careful gong outside smelling like a nut though...Could attract all sorts of trouble!! :D

This is it now PH, with the combination of MSM, cups and oil potion our boobs won't know what hit them and they'll have no choice but to start growing! I think I will measure today, and maybe take a pic too to have as a reference point. This is it now, I can feel it!!! :)

I noticed you ladies talking about isosensuals. I have been using it for about two months. It's hard to say if it had contributed that much since I also use various other methods. I will say that one bottle lasted me over a month maybe a month and a half as you use very little. It's not really miraculous but I think it does work over time. Enough to justify the price? That's definitely debatable lol. That being said I did receive a bottle for free from the company after my first bottle for writing an honest review . I may buy another few bottles to finish the six months recommended (depending on how the finances look). As I've mentioned before I've been saving for breast augmentation which would have cost me 7,000+, So To me the money spent is worth it.

Hi Hopeful,

I think I'm going to read some more testimonials before deciding about Isosensuals. I tried Aumenti, which is a volufiline cream & went through about 6 bottles in six months. I didn't really notice much difference to my boobs, other then they were a lot smoother & smelt nice! Do you think you'll carry on with Isosensuals for another 4 months? Does it have a pleasant smell? I don't really like strong smelling creams, as my skin is sensitive & reacts quite badly to them :(

The smelling fine and not super strong. I have allergies to strong perfumes and lotions as well. I think I'll see where my growth is at at the end of my current bottle and if I feel like I need the potential boost I'll buy them in bulk from Amazon you get a discount three bottles for 99$ Or six bottles for 150$ Which is actually not bad for six bottles which could potentially last you almost a year. I was actually about to buy the six bottles when the company emailed me with the offer for a free bottle lol. You could always email customer service at the company and see if they would be willing to offer you a Free bottle for an honest review they probable would.

Hmmm Hopeful, now you've got me thinking about investing.....My poor purse s cringing!! :)
I'd be very interested in hearing how you get on with it, especially after six months, which seems to be the recommended minimum.

PH, cups arrived today. Very exited!! ;D

Minnie,

I apologise for being so late to reply. I've been ill for weeks on end. Last month I had the worst ovulation pains & bloating I've ever experienced. I couldn't even do up my trousers! The pain & digestive problems were so bad. This all culminated in kicking off a horrible IBS flare-up. I haven't had one for a while & I'd forgotten how bad it can get. You know when you're bent double? To add insult to injury, my back & shoulders went out of alignment!!! Arghh!! Anyway, I mustn't keep moaning. How have you been? How have you got on with the Chinese therapy cups so far? I've hardly noogled at all because of all of the above & I'm really frustrated .

I've been concentrating a lot more on my overall health. I haven't been eating much because of the IBS. It's pretty certain that I have endometriosis. I've been following a diet to help with the symptoms. I was reading about the relationship between gluten & endometriosis, and how it detrimental it can be. So, that's the first thing I've eliminated, as well as all red meat & cutting out as much dairy as possible. I'm willing to try anything. I can't keep going through that hell every month. I bought one of those spiralizers, as I thought that would be a clever way to cut down on the carbs. I love it! I'm getting obsessed in root vegetables! What a sad little life I lead ;D

Anyway, I hope you have some good news to report with the Chinese cups etc. If not, feel free to join me & rant/whinge/moan to your hearts content! Misery loves company, sister! This post has taken a dark turn 8)

Hey PH,

That sounds awful :( know the bent over double feeling all too well. Were you able to get some sort of treatment at all, or was it just a case of grinning and bearing until it settled down? I don't know what has been going on this year - so many people have been sick, even people who normally don't even get a sniffle, wiped out completely. You're doing the right thing concentrating on the overall health. It s so hard when the body just isn't working the way it's supposed to. Are you seeing any difference, having cut out gluten, dairy and red meat? I think IBS and endo are quite often hand in hand.

I have nothing to report on the noogling front either. I got another dose of some pesky virus, and it really went into my neck and shoulders so even after it was over, I was in bits. I've been seeing a physio though, so it has gotten better but I am so sick of being sore at this stage - often when I get sick, the old injury flares up. You can relate, I know. So the Chinese cups have not been used much, although I noogle sporadically when I have the energy n the evenings. Mostly, I don't, but hopefully now as it gets warmer, the body will feel better and energy will return. Of course, bikini season is just around the corner which isn't something I look forward to, but with a bit of luck it'll be a rainy summer :p ;D

Hi Padded Hell.

I hope you don't mind me hoping in on the conversation. I used to suffer from IBS especially at 'that time of month'. I started drinking a wheatgrass shot first thing in the morning and my symptoms have all but disappeared. Mine would sometimes get some bad that I'd practically pass out with pain. Also, a friend of mine suffered from endometriosis and was told to try agnus castus (vitex) at quite a high dose. It helped her tenfold. I take vitex to help with perimenopausal symptoms and I swear by it. Might be worth looking further into as it may help you too. :)
