I mentioned safflower oil before. You should be aware that there are two types, an automotive style lubricating oil and a salad oil available in your local supermarket. Use the salad oil version. This should help prevent the red dots at the edge of the cups. Another thing to look at are the foam pad rings.

You also asked about an in between size, that would be the CLs. Contoured Large are bigger than the standard large.

There are several who have achieved better results noogling only 1 or 2 days a week for 3 or more hours (not continuously, but 7:2 method). Massage every day. Good luck
