Yes, I can only feel the firmness, too. Haven't seen any increase yet. But maybe it's because of the firmness that sometimes I think my breasts look smaller Is it possible?

I totally thought that too! They seem to be shaped nicer and fimer but actually a little smaller, but in an okay way, perkier or denser I guess don't know how to explain it. I am going to keep at it, even if it takes me longer, especially since I'm not looking for a large increase, only a cup size or so. I've also noticed they're a little more center, so without seeing an actual increase I'm still very encouraged.

Yep, I will try to stick with NB for at least 13 months (long enough for anything I gain to be permanent) and then just have to pump once or twice per week.
