I was going through some pics and found a picture of me wearing this same shirt back in 2008. The difference is just...unbelievable. I feel like telling everyone I know about noogleberry..LOL but then I'm like..wait a minute that might be a little awkward and strange. ;) Are any of you like wanting to shout from the rooftops about this little contraption but then find yourself realizing your friends/family would think you were insane for trying it in the first place? hahah

Today I put on a shirt that I have worn a lot throughout the years. With the emma bra on I cannot wear it now. It is too small and I nearly busted the button near the chest. :D I really liked the shirt, but I guess it's a good reason to have to get rid of it.

I'm still very upset about the doggy. I find myself just bursting out in tears at random times. The vet was so nice and actually mailed a card out to give condolences. I never had a vet do that before. We have 4 cats and I've already told my husband the day any of them die, I will be a mess for months. They should have many more years ahead of them, but you just never know.

Hi Lilly,

You truly are an inspiration to me. You are such a dedicated person both on your boob quest and others. Your pictures truly do show the cool new you.

As to how you feel about your dog, of course you still feel the pain of losing your pooch. If you didn't I would truly wonder what your problem was. Pets really become your extended family. They are like your children are. So, Take however long you need, The Lord knows pooch is resting, free from pain and suffering. You also, need to go through the grieving ritual. Take care Lilly, you are a tremendous asset to this forum, and I think I can speak for all of us, we love you and feel your loss too. Love you honey Mama J :-* :-* :-*

There is a huge difference!!!
They look more fuller and heavier. There is also a crease where the bottom of your boobs hang and in the before picture the only crease was at the top because of the bra being too big. Have your fiends and family noticed you've grown since its showing through your clothes??
Well done lovely!!! ;)

Hi Lily very sorry to hear about your dog. I literally wept at the most random times when my dog died. Very sad. Sending good thoughts your way.

On a poitive note your pictures are night and day. WOW! By the way you are such a tiny little thing and your boobs look fantastic on your frame. I told somebody the other day about nb and I felt weird but excited too.

No one has said anything to me yet, but I don't think they have seen me since this latest growth spurt. I'm scared to see what my MIL says because she just had breast reduction surgery done about 7 weeks ago! :D She had like H cup sized boobs or something on a very small frame. I really felt bad for her as they were causing her immense back pain. I think she got reduced down to a C, but I'm not sure of her band size. Probably a 34 or 36. She used to special order her bras from some company! Imagine trying to find H cups...

My upper body has always been tiny yet my hips and thighs are my least favorite areas. I'm starting to even out the bust with the hips, so they are more even. I think I need another 1-2 inches up top until I'll really be happy. :) If I could just feel better health wise, I could try exercising to rid of some of this cellulite on the back of my thighs and butt. Anyone have any suggestions? lol

My husband got the dog as a puppy so it was very hard on him. Orion had lots of health problems though even as a little puppy and it just started to get worse and worse. He made it a full 11 years though and for a flatcoated retriever that is about average. Some websites say 8-10 years, so he had a full life!

Interestingly over the years, Orion started to bond more with me and we'd play frisbee, walk around the yard and I'd let him run around while I was doing yard work, reading or tanning. He loved to eat grass which we always thought was cute. :) We'd fill up a kiddie pool and he'd lay in it for hours. He loved that thing! Then we started noticing he was having more trouble walking, no more frisbee catching, much shorter walks and eventually he couldn't even walk up or down stairs without being helped. You are right that now he is no longer suffering or in pain. We tried to keep him feel comfortable for long as possible and never even locked him up in a crate for the past 3 years. He had an entire room to himself downstairs too.

I've been snuggling my cats more and that does help some with the pain. I think in some way I see how sick he was and that does help me to feel better about him no longer being here with us. It was definitely his time and now he's off eating as much grass as he wants. :'( :) OH man just writing this got me all teary eye!

Hi Lilly,

Really congrats on your figure. As is said WOW!!!!!!.

But Lilly, Mama needs to be a Mama and tell you all is normal in how you are feeling about your dog. To feel like writing. helps remember good things, which you should. I don't believe that losing a pet to passing away or being put down is any less stressful on any of us and we really need to grieve. Write all you want, PM me if you wish, just understand grieving is NORMAL. As I said before, pets become ever bit the member of our families as our own children do. So, understand you really have a support group and use me any time you need Lilly

Love you to pieces Mama J :-* :-* :-* :-*

Lily, really sorry to hear about your dog, I have 2 dogs and love them to bits and have had to have dogs put down in the past, which is horrendous to go through but eventually you will remember the good times and it will not hurt so much.

Your t shirt pic really shows the difference, no wonder you are so pleased with results.
You are very inspirational to us all.

I have only been noogling for about 3 months I guess, but already feel and think I see a difference.
Definately feel like my shape is getting rounder and a bit fuller at the top.

Love this forum, its good to check things out on here and keeps us all inspired to keep up the noogling.

Mama J is right Lily. I understand how yu feel too. My baby girl Boots was there from the day I was born until the day I turned 17. She was my baby, my protector, my pillow, my teddy bear, my friend, my everything. And I was her human. We put her down because she was in too much pain from her arthritis and could barely move. I held her when they did it and I was an emotional wreck for about a month afterwards. The house was too empty, and so was my heart. But losing her inspired me to write some of my best poetry, and I wrote a lot to get my emotions out. People grieve in different ways and my offer for PM still stands with this as well. Feel free to message me if you need to. I'll be there for you.

Awesome progress Lily - You look amazing! I love how you updated your first entry so we newbies can get a quick summary of your amazing progress! I see that you have used both the L and CL domes. Are the CL domes any larger than the L domes? Do you continue using the same domes even if you are filling them?

Oh my, I have been slacking big time. With how hot it is has been my health sucks. I had another round of hives which really put a damper on things. I expect more hives in about 4-5 days.

With all of this craziness going on...I think I've noogled like 4 times this entire month. :-\ The swelling I get is still really awesome though, so I don't think I'm losing anything. I'm just not growing like I want to be. I am the one to blame for this though. I will likely be skipping a picture update this month since it is no different at all.

How are all of you doing? :)

Hi Lilly,

You know it is quite all right simply because it's all right to slack off. Knowing you, there are good reasons and I know you are committed to your program. Don't beat yourself up over this. You look amazing any way

Hugs to you sweetie

Hi Lily!

I've been following your journey for quite a while now, as I've been lurking on the forum for over half a year lol, and I'm honestly really jealous and inspired my your results! Like you, I also noogle one breast per time. They look much much "heavier", fuller, and in your last picture, I saw mighty nice cleavage :) I think you should up your bra size goal! ;) I am quite inconsistent in my Noogling as well, and I sometimes feel mad at myself, because I know it works and brings results, I would just need to find/make time, but with work/life/illness getting in the way, its just hard sometimes. You shouldn't feel bad because your results are wonderful!

Thanks so much to both of you!

I never thought I had nice skin, so that is a great compliment. :)

I guess I have upped my bra goal size. heheh In my signature, I am now dreaming of a 32DD. That would be a true 34D, which would be just AMAZING! haha

When I noogle my boobs look really nice. It's when I start slacking off is when I get down on myself because some of that nice swelling goes away and they don't feel as full. I'm sure you know all about this being an inconsistent noogler yourself. :)

I have not been noogling at all. My size is definitely not what it was before, so I am creating a challenge for myself. Every day until my period comes, I will noogle at least 30 minutes a day. That is about 2 weeks time.

There is really no reason I am not noogling except out of laziness! I have a way to make my boobs bigger and I'm not doing it? What is wrong with me..haha

Oh Lily, I'm exactly the same :DDD I'm just so lazy, I have no words to describe myself :D After work I'm just really like a zombie, but I know that's not an excuse because if I have time to surf the net/watch movies/eat, etc I would have time to noogle! I'll try to stick to noogling at least 30 minutes per day as well.

Yeah I know how you feel pipitavivita . I am almost done with my session today. We will see if I can get another one in tonight. When I noogle, I look down and love what I see, but why am I not motivated enough to keep going? Hmm it truly puzzles me! :D

Edit: Also when I have a chance to go down to the large mall in this area (it's about an hour away), I will be heading into Nordstrom to try on a 30 band. Maybe this is the size I need after all. Part of me hopes not because I won't be able to buy any bras in stores without spending a fortune! UGH. I will have to do all of my bra shopping online which I hate because you can't try it on first. A 30D sounds so ridiculous... I guess I'd need to be a 30E or F (depending upon the cup size chart) in order to be the equivalent of a 34D.

Hi Lily, I really wonder what you will think of it! By your pictures, I would estimate you to be a 30 band size as well. I plan to get a new proper bra fitting myself, but don't know when I'll be able to take a quick trip to Poland where I have a trusted bra specialist. :D When I sent her my first batch of pictures and measurements, the ones I posted as starting pictures, she estimated me to be a 28F/30E or 28FF/30F depending on the bra, and if you check the chart below this equals a 34B cup really which is totally believable. I know how you feel about spending a lot of money, but to be honest, bras are really expensive here at least no matter what store I go to, so besides not fitting properly they also cost a fortune. If you check my topic update, I posted two good links where you can choose from a full range of styles/sizes. I know a 30D sounds ridiculous, trust me I get eye rolls when I proudly proclaim that I'm a DD cup :D ( in a 28 band size of course so of course it looks like a B/small C). But who cares what the label says, as long as the bra truly fits and makes the best of you!

This is the link to the chart:

https://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dfjd92sw_1dbd59cxv

which was also posted on the break out of the bra matrix blog I already linked.
