just to update.. my nipples are still tender to touch and also the front fuller part of my boobs... hope this continues , but i cant yet really say that they r more plump, they r the same as usual...

so we will see....

Hi, I read somewhere that we are suppose to begin PM after period and stop during period, only to continue after that. Do you guys practise that? I've ordered and wondering if I need to do that. Any advice? Thanks!

5 years ago when i first used it and didnt really have any experience in nbe i did what was told on the packet, my first pm was the old formula mirifem(full potential). i found that my boobs kept going down when i stopped taking them

so i started taking them continuasly, i was on the depo injection so got a period every 3 months so didnt recieve any side effects from pm,

now i just take them straight through no stopping, plus on my pm packet it just says take after meals and thats it.

mabe im not as causious as some but i cant be bothered with the stopping and starting, id quit taking them if that were the case, ;D ;)

Philli,
I finally received my PM from ebay. I'm a bit confused because it says the capsules are 300mg but the label says it contains 50mg PM "and others" is this the right stuff? I ordered through the link you provided from blue point international. I received the bio bust cream too. Just want to make sure I shouldn't take more than 4 capsules/ day. I'm waiting on the spirulina as well. Can't wait for enormous ta-tas

u should send them an email sayin they sent u the wrong ones, it should be 300mgs, mine say 300

So I didn't get exactly the same brand. Same company selling it and they are from Thailand

I wanted to get the cream as well so I bought the set. The bottle says 300mg capsules but the main ingredient says 50mg PM. I guess I just wanted to see if anyone else had noticed this. If yours aren't like this I'll order the exact same bottle. Thanks

Huhmmmm, 2smc, I dont remember recommending the 'set', just the pills, and they are nothing like the ones I told you about. I always say go for the three bottles of pills, because its cheaper on postage.

lol 2smc, yeah it does say 300 in the listing doesnt it, they r lying to you, do a pay pal dispute or some thing get a refund and get some more, thats false advertising hun, u deserve yr cash back,

but oviouly if u want to use it then thats up to u, but id get my money back just because they listed it as containing something it doesnt,

LOL! Another one jumping on PM!

I just got my pills today from ebay:

I thought they were the 300mg but can't seem that any place at the label, the only reference legible for me at the back of the label in english is 300 un/mg. Now I am not sure if that means each pill is 100mg or what... I have sent an email to the seller to clarify, but wondering if Philli or any of you using PM could give me an idea of how many mg has per pill.

It happens that I like to know what I put in my body and how much I put in my body.... :-\ Sucks that labels and sellers are not more clear to find out.

UPDATE:

I emailed the seller and he has been kind enough to give me a "vague" answer:

Hi, the weight of the capsule is 300 mg, there is 100 mg pure

Obviously I am emailing again inquiring about the exact composition as I got an upset stomach after taking just one pill...

I will keep you posted if I have an update on composition.

Those are the brand i am taking & they are 300mg...the 'un' i think is the 'mg' sign in their langauge :) Don't worry ur safe..i think this is probably the best brand ;D ;D

LOL! confused again ??? ??? ??? After reading TT's thread on Thanyaporn PM I thought they were 100mg each???

Did you have a confirmation of composition from the seller or the manufacturer?

Thanks god we are talking about "natural" stuff, a mislead on mg on any other thing could be a disaster.

sorry for making a differnt thread about it, but i do love pm and dont wanna discredit it, im just curious about a certain brand, and the contents. pm is excellent for boobies and skin/har/etc and i loved it fro years..

Has anyone experienced a delayed menstrual cycle from taking pm? I'm on my second month of pm, the pack says to do 14 days on and 14 days off as they're 500mg per tablet and I take 2 per day. I'm now 10 days late for my period which is very weird for me and I can't help but think it's the pm... ??? ???

Any ideas?

is it possible you are pregnant?of course i don't know your age.

no, it's very unlikely that I'm pregnant, unless I seriously have had an immacculate conception ;D

I'm also 27 with no kids. Everyday I feel like it's coming, but nothing :( I think I'm not going to take this evenings tablet and will not again until my period returns.. Thanks for your response anyway! X

Very possible. The second month I was taking it, my period was 2 weeks late as well, and I was taking only 300mg once a day Day 1-14 only.

But it has now evened back out - and I slowly ramped it up to take all days of the month 300-600mg.

You're right to do it cautiously though; some women have got no problems with it whatsoever, but others can have alot of side effects.

I just kept at the lower dosage for the third month and then it was normal again.
