Choco- I had that exact same experience. But for me, threre was irregular discharge for about 2 weeks, my first dizzy spell, and I started to believe I might have been pregnant.
I stopped taking the pills for a week, then suddenly my discharge lead to normal period (does this make sense) which went for the usual 5-6days. I usually get horrible cramps EVERY month but this time. NOTHING!
So I think it is probably just a reaction your body is going through from the new medicine you are taking.
I'm wondering... Would PM possible fill me with so much synthetic estrogen that it makes my body believe that it is pregnant?

I am still taking them - I take 300mg with my vitamins and sometimes another 300mg pill when i remember... :-\

lalalalala, i think pm can def make yr bod think its pregers.. when i was on it b4, my boobs were rock solid and extreamly tender like they were during n after pregnancy
Ok so I've stopped taking it as I've been having pains and irregular discharge also. I'm off to a spa next weekend and the last thing i need is my period!! Guess once my period finally does come I'll start taking daily without any gaps.. But really don't want to be inthe same position next month?! Hmmm
I take 1 500 mg in the morning before eating breakfast and 1 500 mg before bed. I been taking them for couple of months and I notice uplift and some growth already. When you buy the pill, cream, or spray. Make sure it is pure pueraria because there is pueraria out there, but you don't get very much milligram. I got my from Thailand. I had my sister send the pills to me from Thailand.

i used to take 400mgs morning and 400mgs at night, the st herb pills, i got swelling in a week and within a month id gone up 2 cup sizes but it was all swelling as they were very tender around the nipples i couldnt touch them at all, 3000mgs is alot to take, i wouldnt start so high, 4-500 morning and then 4-500 at night, but oviously your happy with it so it up to u but just so others know..

TT, you used to just take 800mg total right?
I think choco is only taking 300mg, not 3000!

How much is the recommended dosage to take for breast growth coz im lost on this subject now??.....I been told that anything over 600mg a day is unsafe to take so i dnt wanna up my dosage incase i get some bad side affects x

well theres at least 2 companys i know that sell well over 600, 1 is pueraria uk and the other is purfem, pueraria uk sell 500mg pills and u take 2 a day, and purfem pills r 350 each and u take 4 a day>>>
all i can say is when i was taking more mgs i got results but wehn i went down in mgs the results would not come, now i changed to taking 4 of these thanyporn pills in the morning and at night and i am feeling sore already, and strangely happy, hmm i missed this feeling,

i take 4 in the morning and 4 at night, and i feel full of energy lol... i feel crazly happy???
this is the way i use to feel on pm so im feeling very optimistic now, especially cause my boobs r getting tender...
just hope they r not untouchable lol... ill go down to 600 a day if they do

Although I don't know if it's a backlog of being 10 days late.. :-\ I got my tablets from pueraria uk, each tablet is 500mg and the bottle says to take 1 tab in the morning and 1 at night, So I guess that's 1000mg a day.. I'm wondering when to start back on them, should I just take 1 tab daily continuously and ramp up if and when my next period starts?

I just read on Eve's board that it is possible to "overdose" on PM. A girl was saying that PM was very popular in Japan a while back, but once studies found that a lot of companies were putting too much PM in their products, they took them off the shelves. These companies, unable to make any profit in Japan, sold their products in other countries, instead. I think now the recommended dosage is 200-400mg a day. OMG i just read the part about it being able to help Alzheimer's thats amazing dont u think, it also says that the effects are not permenent so we should keep that in mind, pm only works while you r taking it.

ya, thats the brand most of us have bought, but it contains 100mgs of pm NOT 300 like it claims, its the thanyaporn brand that we have been discussing on the other thread
