I'm only 5.5 and I have a LOT in my butt and thighs...I'd say most of the weight. But overall, I think it spreads pretty evenly. I have never let myself go this much in my life :/ But anyway, all can be fixed I hope. But yeah, the deflated small boobs prospect scares me. I'm not on any herbs because I'm a chicken and because also, I heard that additional estrogen can hinder muscle growth (which is something I really wouldn't like to happen since I am trying really hard to maintain some of my lower body as I lose weight). I am totally clueless about herbs and of course know that there are some that do not raise estrogen levels dramatically. Also, I'm always worried that those things are only temporary and results achieved with them only last for as long as you take the herbs. I don't know anything about them though, so I'm sorry if I sound ignorant!
But I will definitely look into goat's rue! It seems to be something that pregnant ladies take from what's I've heard before! Thank you again!

And you know what, I understand what you mean about feeling imbalanced, but I absolutely LOVE pear shaped ladies. LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE. Like Beyonce. Now she has bigger breasts due to having given birth and breast feeding, but usually she looks like a humble b/small C cup and I ADORE her body. I love a larger lower body, I think it's SO feminine. I think you're just lucky to respond well, I don't think it's because you are older and your skin is more stretchy. I mean, of course it could be. Your skin and your body look so tight and taut though! Like wow. I'm 22 and I can only dream to look anything like that when I get to my weight loss goal. Another terrifying prospect is having loose skin where that lower belly pooch is -_- But I shall wait and see! Anyway, I didn't mean to overtake this topic with my weight loss woes

A D cup might be a little much for you maybe, but if you keep going at the speed you are going at, you might not have a choice in the matter ! Thanks again!!

Kat90, if you're wanting to lose weight and maintain a firm tight core there are some workouts that might help with that, like one I have which is called Hip Hop Abs. I love it, it helps firm and tone the stomach, the skin even stayed tight when I lost some weight with it before, and it's also really good for keeping the legs and butt toned and looking good. Here's a link so you can check it out. Haven't looked in a while, but if you check Ebay you may be able to find it cheaper than getting it from their website. I want to go through Shaun T's hip hop abs program from beginning to end then move onto his Insanity program and see how much weight I can lose and how well I can sculpt my body to where I'd love to look for my hubby. If you watch the video that starts when you open the link you'll see some of the results people have had, and you'll notice that all the women who have lost weight have also lost breast size, but not all of it, so noogling during may help reduce how much you lose, and help gain back any you have lost after you finish the program and lose the weight. I have done the program for a while and lost 10 lbs with it, but couldn't continue the program because of health issues and gained it back, getting ready to restart the program and see if I can finish it and move on to his Insanity program. bikiniluvr, you just saved me the trouble to look for a boob inspiration! The girl on the picture you posted is soooo gorgeous! If I can go back on my regular level of activity (which might take some time, I injured my left internal meniscus) I think this could be my inspiration too. I don't want to get bigger than C, and actually B would be awesome!

Hi sound, got to agree with you, proportions in the first place! I like Miranda Kerr look, but that second girl looks ridiculous, just don't like it when girl's tit is bigger than her face As someone said "anything more than a handful is a waste"

I wonder how many implants are in them? I saw a special on TV once where a lady had big ones like that, maybe not as big, but pretty close, and she had multiple implants inside each breast in order to be that big. :/ What's the point of big breasts like that if you can't see your midsection at all? Isn't the point to have an hourglass figure? Also I would imagine they are crushing her ribs, are hell on her back, etc. I feel bad for her, there's NO possible way to go back down to a normal size, she would have tons and tons of loose skin if she took the implants out.
