I'm only 5.5 and I have a LOT in my butt and thighs...I'd say most of the weight. But overall, I think it spreads pretty evenly. I have never let myself go this much in my life :/ But anyway, all can be fixed I hope. But yeah, the deflated small boobs prospect scares me. I'm not on any herbs because I'm a chicken and because also, I heard that additional estrogen can hinder muscle growth (which is something I really wouldn't like to happen since I am trying really hard to maintain some of my lower body as I lose weight). I am totally clueless about herbs and of course know that there are some that do not raise estrogen levels dramatically. Also, I'm always worried that those things are only temporary and results achieved with them only last for as long as you take the herbs. I don't know anything about them though, so I'm sorry if I sound ignorant!
But I will definitely look into goat's rue! It seems to be something that pregnant ladies take from what's I've heard before! Thank you again!
And you know what, I understand what you mean about feeling imbalanced, but I absolutely LOVE pear shaped ladies. LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE. Like Beyonce. Now she has bigger breasts due to having given birth and breast feeding, but usually she looks like a humble b/small C cup and I ADORE her body. I love a larger lower body, I think it's SO feminine. I think you're just lucky to respond well, I don't think it's because you are older and your skin is more stretchy. I mean, of course it could be. Your skin and your body look so tight and taut though! Like wow. I'm 22 and I can only dream to look anything like that when I get to my weight loss goal. Another terrifying prospect is having loose skin where that lower belly pooch is -_- But I shall wait and see! Anyway, I didn't mean to overtake this topic with my weight loss woes
A D cup might be a little much for you maybe, but if you keep going at the speed you are going at, you might not have a choice in the matter ! Thanks again!!
