My exercise routine:
- I use Mel B's Totally Fit video: I do 15 minutes of cardio, Monday to Friday, and I do abs and butt too every second day.
- I do a lot of ab exercises daily.
- I have a jump rope, weights, an exercise ball I use too.
- I try to go skating every once in a while.
Now that it is winter I don't get out much, it is soooo cold here! I guess my main focus is on cardio, abs, and butt. The Mel B video is great, but I will warn its a really hard workout. You can check out the reviews for her video on amazon.
I am not overweight, just a bit out of shape. I am wanting to get 6 pack abs before summer, so I am going to be getting the p90X soon. Check out P90X on youtube, and you will see the amazing results people have gotten. I think a flat stomach will make my breasts look bigger, which is partly why I want the 6 pack abs.
